About ≪TM impact Company≫

2024年に設立したTM impact Companyは、人材ベンチャーで勤務する水田縦也が『世の中に真心とアイデアでインパクトを。』という志のもと立ち上げた個人事業です。

主に台湾・欧米からの観光客に対して日本人だからこそ案内できる地元民ルートを観光ガイドしています。観光客の方からは、観光客だからといってぼったくられることもないし、外国人ではなく日本人好みのルートをガイドしてもらえると話題。

また2025年には中野地区にて、30年続く老舗居酒屋を「中野霊園」というコンセプト居酒屋として再生させました。中野霊園はお化け屋敷コンセプトの酒場で、オーナーには前店主がそのまま就任していただいています。

Founded in 2024, TM impact Company is a sole proprietorship established by Tatsuya Mizuta, who works at a human resources venture, under the guiding vision of “Creating impact in society through sincerity and ideas.”

The business primarily provides guided tours for visitors from Taiwan, Europe, and North America, introducing locally rooted routes that only a Japanese guide can offer. These tours have gained attention among tourists for offering fair pricing without tourist markups and for showcasing itineraries that reflect local Japanese preferences rather than routes designed for foreign visitors.

In 2025, the company also revitalized a long-established izakaya in the Nakano area that had been in operation for over 30 years, reintroducing it as a concept-based bar called “Nakano Reien.” Nakano Reien is an izakaya designed around a haunted house theme, with the former owner continuing to serve as the proprietor of the establishment.

TM impact Company 代表の水田縦也です。

これまで大手人材企業で、転職支援や営業をやってきました。9年ほど(当社

では結構長い方)勤続してからは、人材ベンチャーで転職DX化や、人材育成、社会人向けワークショップなどを担当しています。私の強みにあるのは、チームプレー精神とでもいいましょうか、人間には適材適所があるということを理解している部分かなと思います。きっと野球部時代、俳優志望時代に培ってきた、客観的視野が光っているんだと思います。

現在は人材ベンチャーで転職をサポートするとともに、「アイデアの力」を信じ個人事業をいくつも立ち上げ、スケール化されたビジネスに風穴を空ける覚悟で日々努力しています。

I have built my career in the HR industry, working in career support, HR tech initiatives, and talent development across both large firms and startups. My strength lies in teamwork and in placing people where they perform best—an outlook shaped by my background in team sports and acting.

Today, I support career transitions while also running independent business projects driven by my belief in the power of ideas and a desire to challenge conventional business models.

2012年　筑波大学人間学群卒業。
2012年　大手人材コンサル入社、転職支援従事。
2021年　人材ベンチャー転職、現在まで転職のDX化や人材育成に尽力中。
2022年　人材ベンチャーにて演劇経験を活かしたWSにも定評が。

渋谷タイムズスクエアから、100年に一度規模といわれる都市再開発を望む。案外こういった、地元民のみが知るなんてことないスポットが海外観光客からは喜ばれたりするものです。

From Shibuya Times Square, you can overlook a massive urban redevelopment often described as a once-in-a-century project. Interestingly, these low-key spots that only locals tend to know often turn out to be a hit with overseas visitors.

東京都中野にコンセプト居酒屋「中野霊園」をプロデュース。2025年2月から構想をはじめ、9月に無事プレオープンすることができました。ありそうでなかった"お化け屋敷テイスト"の居酒屋で、若年層のデートや飲み会でご利用いただいています。

特徴としては、コンセプト居酒屋だからといって低価格なお酒やお食事を提供するのではなく、元々営業していた老舗酒場の新業態になるため、メニューは拘り溢れる自信作ばかり。老舗店舗の再生事例としても好評いただいています。

I produced a concept izakaya called “Nakano Reien” in Nakano, Tokyo. Launched as a pre-opening in September 2025, it features a haunted-house-inspired theme and attracts younger crowds for dates and casual gatherings, while offering high-quality food and drinks as a new format of a long-established local bar.

都内唯一の路面電車、都電荒川線。わざわざ荒川線を観光案内することはないですが、近場へ訪れる際、または荒川線に乗って目的地まで移動できる際は、なるべく観光案内のルートに追加するようにしています。

Tokyo’s only street-level tram, the Toden Arakawa Line. I don’t usually go out of my way to include it in sightseeing plans, but when I’m visiting nearby areas or can reach a destination by riding the line, I try to add it to the route—it offers a nice, local perspective of the city.
